The Innovation and Social Enterprise Lab offers Partner Organizations structured and ad-hoc advisory, coaching, and accompaniment services. This support is tailored to the particular context of each organization and the stage in which they are in their pathway towards sustainability, growth and social impact expansion.
Our advisory services apply methods that draw from different fields, including business administration, lean (or agile) innovation, financial planning and projections, organizational development, design thinking, human-centered design, and strategic communications.
As a complement to our advisory services, we have developed, and constantly continue to create, tools and resources, such as our self-paced toolkits, bringing together skills from different disciplines that help organizations advance in key strategic activities.

Social Enterprise Incubator Program Toolkit
A comprehensive collection of the contents, lessons, activities and methods covered throughout the Incubator Program. This toolkit is created for nonprofit organizations and facilitating teams—with a special focus on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights—to self-facilitate each step of the Incubator Program.
It is flexible and can be used modularly, as it breaks down the incubation process into key critical stages, allowing organizations to identify which sets of actions they need to put in place depending on their current stage within the process of incubating a business idea.
To access the Incubator Program Toolkit, please enroll in the Social Enterprise Incubation Program, Train-The-Trainers Program, or in our Idea Incubation and Pilot Preparation online course.
